Template Sales Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the sale of website templates by Bridof Media, by Wix's template terms and conditions. By purchasing a template from Bridof Media, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Bridof Media creates and sells templates designed to be used on Wix, a third-party platform. All templates sold are subject to Wix’s terms and conditions, and users must comply with Wix’s guidelines when using our templates. - Licensing: Each template purchased grants the buyer a single-use license. The template can only be used for one website per purchase. Additional licenses must be purchased for further use.

- Restrictions: Templates are not to be resold, redistributed, or transferred without explicit permission from Bridof Media and in compliance with Wix's terms.

- Ownership: Ownership of the template remains with Bridof Media. Purchasing a template grants you the right to use it but does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property.

Modifications: Buyers are allowed to customize and modify the templates as needed. However, modifications must comply with Wix's terms and conditions, and users must ensure that the modified template does not infringe on any third-party rights.

- Support: Bridof Media provides limited support for template setup and initial customization. Any extensive customization services are available for an additional fee.

- Refund Policy: All template sales are final. Refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as a technical fault with the template that Bridof Media cannot resolve. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

- Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once the template has been downloaded.

Bridof Media is not responsible for:

- Any issues that arise from modifications or third-party integrations made by the buyer or other developers.

- Changes to Wix’s platform that may affect the functionality or appearance of the template.

All templates, including design, code, and any associated media, are the intellectual property of Bridof Media and/or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our templates is strictly prohibited.

Our templates may incorporate third-party content such as images, fonts, or plugins that are subject to their own licenses. Buyers must comply with the terms of use for any third-party content included within the template.

Bridof Media reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or by changes to Wix’s terms and conditions. Updated versions of this policy will be posted on our website.
